If you have to cancel your appointment please give at least 48hours notice . Missed appointments or cancelled appointments with less than 24hours notice will be charged at the
full rate.
Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as there may be another client booked immediately after yours. Lateness will result in a reduction of time available for your session but
the session cost will remain the same.
